Because Saint Clairity Studios provides immediate access to digital generation services and API credits upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Our system is designed to only deduct a Song Pack upon successful completion of a generation. If a generation fails due to an internal error or API timeout, the Song Pack is not consumed. If you believe a pack was erroneously deducted without providing output, please contact support for a manual credit restoration.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your monthly Song Packs until the cycle concludes. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (such as severe, prolonged platform outages). Decisions regarding exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Saint Clairity Studios.
